how to install android 13?

it says config not found, re init wayland

altough it didnt install android 13, and im unable to start waydroid, it shows this:

This project doesn't install Android, just some extras like OpenGapps, libndk, etc. It assumes you have a working Waydroid / Android install and installs APKs onto it.

The "Android version" selection is because the extra APKs are different depending on your Android version, so it needs to know which ones to install / which ones are compatible
