[BUG] Files all fail at 99%

Describe the bug First time i used the program, everything worked great. After closing and re-opening, no longer downloads properly. Every attempted download gets to 99% and then fails.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Input desired track/album to download
2. add to queue
3. click on progress tab
4. file fails to download

Expected behavior complete download of file

Use the ffm one of windows, this one work perfectly

Go to Configuration -> Check the 'Raw Media Download' option and retry.

The files will be saved with the .ogg extension but they should be downloaded
