Describe the bug On https://castorm.github.io/kafka-connect-http, the example section says

See [examples](https://castorm.github.io/kafka-connect-http/examples), e.g.

Clicking on https://castorm.github.io/kafka-connect-http/examples brings me to a 404.

To Reproduce On https://castorm.github.io/kafka-connect-http, click on the word "examples".

Expected behavior I expected that it would bring me to a top-level examples page.
