Archiving and putting into read-only mode?

hey @rodrigonogueira4 this isn't being actively worked on anymore right?

If so, we should remove the files from GCP to save some 💵 - make sure I have a complete archive of data on Dropbox, and then put repo into read-only mode?

The duobert data takes up 69G, which is a non-trivial amount of space to be paying for and holding on GCP forever, so this is good.

Archived data from GCP to Dropbox/Gitlab in #9 - Let's not change into read-only for a bit - wait until things settle down a bit just in case we notice any more issues. Would be nice to add a link to expand-mono-duoT5 paper when it's ready.
