Refresh Browser whith ui.router not include the css

when reload to page not get the css...

I've encountered this issue too. Basically, on refreshing the page at a specific state, the stylesheets aren't added. It's like they're applied on navigating to the state down a hierarchy, but not on directly accessing a child state via an URL.
