bug: Force Upload Modifier is not working

Force Upload Modifier is broken. I tried multiple combinations, but any hotkey wasn't triggered when a modifier key was used.

the force upload modifier is already included as modifier in your existing key combos, I'm quite certain that that is your issue at hand

Bad image. Tested with those - same thing. Once I press control + keybind nothing happens.

Same goes for all modifiers.
