Horizontal Mode

This app currently already have a mini mode which shows the palette in a compact vertical way. It'd be nice if we have another mini mode that do so horizontally.

Mini mode is intended to "dock" to the left/right edges of the display. Since the top and bottom edges are already occupied by the dock and panel, I'm not really inclined to make a mode that won't work well for single-display users…

That's fine, James. But in software like GIMP or Inkscape, there aren't many space in the left nor right of the app where it won't interfere with the UI of those apps, CMIIW.
