WebRTC cameras don't stream

Upstream WebKitGTK issue, tracking here so I have a nice place to link people.

This affects at least newer Nest cameras; see https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/nest/#camera for specific models.

It'd be neat to detect if a WebRTC stream was attempted and notify users of this issue somehow, not sure if that's viable.
