Connecting to camera fails with Optional Action Not Implemented

I'm trying to connect to Tesla Smart Camera 360 Baby camera that supports ONVIF. But connection fails with: "Optional Action Not Implemented"

Given that the operation is optional, I think it should not block the app from starting.
