Add numbered expansion regions with home-row letters

Closes #4. Adds an optional "flash-style" picker: after expansion, single letters (a-z) overlay every region.
Press the letter to jump & select instantly — no numbers, no Enter, no eye ping-pong.
Falls back to two digits for >26 regions.
Purely additive; default workflows untouched.

Ohh awesome! I'll review soon. Since expreg is on ELPA, and this is a significant contribution, you do need to sign the copyright assignment from FSF. Have you signed it before?

I’ve just sent the copyright assignment request to [email protected]; this is my first time doing the FSF paperwork, so I’ll update here once the form is completed.
