Provide javadoc for SQLDelight

Description

I get that most people use IDEs when developing in Java/Kotlin, and an IDE can provide this information already, but there are definitely people like myself who prefer not to use an IDE, or are simply trying to get a sense of the SQLDelight API before trying to actually use it. For such use cases, providing the complete API (ideally in the form of autogenerated Javadoc) on the project website would be great. Right now all the "1.x API" links on the project website seem to just return 404s. This includes the link in the top navbar (which points to https://cashapp.github.io/sqldelight/1.x/android-driver/index.md) as well as the ones in the left navbar in the MySQL (JVM) section (https://cashapp.github.io/sqldelight/1.x/runtime/index.md and https://cashapp.github.io/sqldelight/1.x/jdbc-driver/index.md).
