Update repl.lag collector to add option for collecting lag using performance schema
This follows the same pattern var.global uses to add options for collecting replication lag from performance schema.
I haven't updated the doc yet, as it seems current repl.log collector usage is documented in Heartbeat section, it probably doesn't make sense to add the pfs option in that page. So we have to restructure the doc a bit to document this update.
