This is unfortunately still occurring for me with beta version 2.1.5.

This is still occurring with version 2.1.7.

This is still occurring as of SteamVR 2.2.1.

This is still occurring with version 2.4.1.

This appears to have recurred in Steam VR 2.0.1. @kisak-valve Should I reopen this issue, or create a new one?

Doesn't seem to be resolved in 2.1.1.

Seems like the issue may have been fixed in the most recent Steam client beta. It's no longer occurring for me with SteamVR 2.0.10 when opted into the client beta....
