Move to Firefox colour for theming

Advantages:

  • Reduces maintenance time cost
  • Some colourschemes are already maintaining their own Firefox colour ports
  • Firefox colour is currently needed at the moment for cascade to look half-decent with colourscheme integrations anyway

Disadvantages:

  • Users need to install an extension to change colours
  • Less fine grained control?
