Python was not found; run without arguments to install from the Microsoft Store, or disable this shortcut from Settings > Apps > Advanced app settings > App execution aliases.

I have python and all the requirements installed

Make sure you have the latest version of Python 3 installed, and that you disabled the the app execution alias. The message already tells you to do so.
