`kctrl`: Allow inspection of resources created by kapp easily
Describe the problem/challenge you have Users should be able to view resources taht are created by a package install and App CRs
Describe the solution you'd like The experience should look something like this:
$ kctrl app inspect -a simple-app
Target cluster 'https://127.0.0.1:62025' (nodes: minikube)
Fetching app `simple-app` in namespace `default`
Resources in app 'simple-app'
Namespace Name Kind Owner Conds. Rs Ri Age
(cluster) foostores.demo.com CustomResourceDefinition kapp 2/2 t ok - 3d
default bar FooStore kapp - ok - 3d
Rs: Reconcile state
Ri: Reconcile information
Succeeded
kctrl package installed inspect -i simple-app should yield a similar result for package installations.
