Move to kmp jvm

this PR is build on top of https://github.com/carterharrison/ecdsa-kotlin/pull/5 will rebase once that is accepted and merged

I moved the project to be a Kotlin Multiplatform Project with only the jvm target at the moment to reduce required changes
