Trouble with creating a package from template

This is concerning the steps outlined in ./Day2/3_packages_and_github/1_creating_a_package.ipynb.

The generate("Oulu", t) command leads to the following error

could not find project file for package `Unroll [bec05c2e]` at `~\.julia\packages\Unroll\rI0FK`

Would really appreciate any help on this.

P.S.: I'm on a Windows 10 device.
