Add an option to have silent break

Hi,

I think following options will be great to have

1. Timer sound for both work and break.
2. Timer sound for work but silent timer for break.
3. Silent for both work and break.

I'm personally looking for option 2, as it is very noisy for me during break time.

This is actually a reasonable request but it may be hard to describe these 3 options on skill startup. I will have to think about how to present these options while keeping the voice interface clear and concise. Any suggestions?

In terms of the technical aspect, it is not hard to implement but I'll have to update the translations.

1. Alexa, start timer
2. Alexa, start timer with silent break.
3. Alexa, Start silent timer.
