Error installing dependencies in Linux Min

Description

Trying to install dependencies from Blender preferences leads to this error:

Related to Python version i guess.

Steps to Reproduce

1. clone repo to Addon directory
2. activate the Addon in Blender Preference
3. click on "Install Dependecies"
