infi.clickhouse_orm seems to be dead or at least resting

Hi,

thanks for this interesting project!

While playing with it, I had to dive a little into infi.clickhouse_orm and found out that there are many unresolved issues and unmerged PRs. In the meantime it seems that someone has forked the project and maintains it much more actively - https://github.com/SuadeLabs/clickhouse_orm. There are 50 commits not present in infi.clickhouse_orm and they even published a few new versions to pypi (https://pypi.org/project/clickhouse-orm/).

I wonder if you would consider switching to this new clickhouse_orm fork. I would be glad to help with that if you would be interested.

Hi Strange, it's been a long time since I've made any changes there, though a year ago this project was alive and accespted my PRs 🤔 Found this issue, it looks like the entrypoint of the fork. I'll monitor it for some time and make a dicision. Thanks for information.

Looks like some PRs and Issues have been merged 🤔 But they still don't respond the ticket. I'll watch it over a little bit longer...
