leap second

I don't have the hardware yet, so I have no idea if it works. It feels very ugly, but it's the best I could come up with given that the RTC does not support leap seconds.

now tested & verified on actual hardware :)

The time of the leapsecond is still hardcoded, I'll try to create a config menu for it.

I'm not quite sure wether this is the right way to handle leap seconds with respect to the added complexity. As I described in the issue, a menu for manually incrementing the time in one-second increments seems like a less complex and more universal solution.
