Gallery of images/quizzes
It is sometimes desirable to show workshop participants a single image or quiz. A good example is the image in the introduction to Git. While it is totally possible to show the webpage with the image, it would be great to have a page with all images where instructors could simply click to show an image. Alternatively, there could be a page where instructors could click-through the images. Something like below.

Every lesson has _extras/figures.md
, which produces pages like
http://swcarpentry.github.io/lesson-example/figures/ with all of the
figures on a single page.
That's right. What I suggest is slightly different.
Option 1. thumbnails with click-to-enlarge action Option 2. a page with images/quizzes where you have to click Next/Previous to get to the next/previous image. One image/quiz at a time.
@k8hertweck would you like to bring this one to the maintainers?
Sure thing, adding this to the list to discuss. @rgaiacs
adding this to the list to discuss.
The list of discussion is at https://github.com/swcarpentry/styles/milestone/1.
I'm slightly late to the game... I had a prototype doing exactly this. I would need to find it back and to make it work again, but there are been quite some changes in the style since then.
it's never too late!
I could find my prototype and it can be tested there (it also shows section titles): http://dl.heeere.com/all-in-one-old/git-novice/all-in-one-as-slides.html
This is very close to what I want (how do I enable it on github?). Ideally, there would be this solution for quizes and for images.
