What do you want from the "community lead"?

A general question to the community, as the community maintainer lead, what do you think my role should be? I am "volunteering" my time, in the sense that I am not paid for my time, but The Carpentries give my university a membership (which does have monetary value) for my time.

So, if there are solutions that you think should be my responsibility or I should manage more, please do let me know.

1. the 4 meetings you run each month -- they are superb!!
2. the onboarding process was super -- your work there is evident and this is probably the 2nd most important contribution this role makes
3. ambassador and supporter -- expert who is available and supportive AMAZING
