Add note that MS Windows users will need GNU make to be able to run make scripts

Currently for windows users there is a link to the resources how to install Ruby and Jekyll, but no mentioning that also GNU make is needed.

I did manage to work on lessons on Windows 7, using make from here: http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/make.htm
