What does this mean?

If you have source files that require output and figures to be generated (e.g. R Markdown), then it is important to make sure the generated figures and output are reproducible.

This output provides a way for you to inspect the output in a diff-friendly manner so that it's easy to see the changes that occur due to new software versions or randomisation.

Note: I would prefer to have a more general statement and link pointing to policies on workshop costs to make this change more future-proof, so nothing needs to change, for example, if HPC Carpentry is accepted as a lesson program. But I don't think we have links in the handbook to match that at this time, and there is also some value to specifying genomics in the text so no one else feels the need to go look. Thoughts, @maneesha ?

We have a pricing page on our website that is meant as the canonical source for pricing information. However, we don't list there that there is no fee for SOW or that there is an additional fee for Genomics workshops. Tagging @sheraaronhurt for feedback about whether we should add those two points to the pricing page.

@maneesha yes lets add a note under the Workshop Pricing Note (feel free to adjust the language):

Self-organised workshops are free to organise. However, if you need AWS instances for Genomics workshops, fees apply. Please refer to the Genomics Workshops Terms of Agreement for additional information.
