Include online option for "one up one down"

There is a call out in the One-Up, One-Down suggesting learners leave feedback on their their blue/yellow sticky notes before the lunch break. This should include an option on how to conduct this for online training.

Also maybe don't identify sticky notes by color as all workshops/trainings may not be using the same color combination.

I think that is supposed to be the virtual minute cards as described in the preceding section, so I think we would only need to update the text of this call out. (Keeping in mind the broken link to the template as noted in #1829)
