Add clarifications on fundamental beliefs

Occasioned by #1557 and after community discussion and trainers leadership decision, this issue is to propose and discuss adding context to Episode 2 addressing the problem that labeling fundamental beliefs as "misconceptions" can feel exclusionary.

This may include a callout box and/or instructor/trainer notes, and may also include discussion of strategies to manage situations where individuals feel called out or excluded in an event for this kind of reason.
