Structure of "Working With Your Team" Episode

the co-teaching subsection is currently in a weird place

Also it's not clear why ### Classroom Practices is a level 3 heading instead of a next level 2 heading like ## The instrucitonal team

Looking for input, especially from @karenword before making bigger changes to the structure.

@brownsarahm - I agree with you. The Carpentries Classroom Practices should be a level 2 header because it is not a sub-section of The Instructional Team.

So, the idea here was that classroom practices are implemented by the team, and hence go along with the content on what helpers do and how Instructors co-teach etc. However, this content has not been well framed to operate in that context. I'm not particularly attached to the heading structure, so if it feels more natural to change it, that seems like a fine idea.
