Make rubric easier to use
We got feedback from multiple trainees that the time allotted to reading the rubric before practicing teaching the second time was not enough. They also shared that they were unsure of how to use the rubric, practically, that they wished it was a fillable template.
I think better instructions /easier use would also help with the timing issue.
Since this is a very robust lesson (lots of episodes!), I think it might be helpful to note which episode this comment relates to. I've just read through episodes 1-5 of the lesson, and they do not contain the activity of "reading the rubric before practicing teaching" so that means it could be in episodes 6-25.
I am not a maintainer of this lesson, so it's possible a maintainer of the lesson is so familiar with it that they can recognize what this issue is referring to without further guidance.
Thanks @emcaulay ! I think this issue lacks detail because it was posted by a Maintainer and has a primary audience of Trainers who are mostly familiar with the curriculum. This applies to our second live coding exercise, currently episode 17. We are working on a major update in a separate fork (something we may not do in the future as it lacks transparency for visitors) and I will tag this issue in when it has been addressed there.

As an instructor and a maintainer for a different lesson, I'm revisiting the instructor training lessons to improve my knowledge about the materials the ideas I learned during the instructor training. It's well worth re-reading, so thank you to all who work on this material!
