Amend schedule: breaks at same times each day

From feedback from in-person workshops (pre-covid), participants complained about break times not being the same for both days. It's not a deal breaker, but consistent break-times seem to be preferable.

Thanks @BinxiePeterson, I've added this to a list of schedule related issues that will be discussed by the trainer community as we ramp up to the next release

I also agree with @BinxiePeterson it would be wonderful and easier to follow if we had breaks at the same time for both days😁
