Fix blog tag list

Based on the comment here (https://github.com/carpentries/carpentries.org/pull/460#issuecomment-2770372586), this PR copies in the blog post tags from @OscarSiba's fork instead of the blog post tags from The Carpentries own repo.

I've also fixed several typos that I saw but have not thoroughly proofread the listing.
