Should we have a "publications" page?

Our old website had a citations/publications page. See old source.

This was not regularly updated. We also did not have a curatorial process in place to decide what publications we'd feature on this page. For these reasons, we decided not to include such a page on our new site. Opening this issue to consider if we want to do this later.
