Online events are marked red for location on admin dashboard

Selecting country 'Online' in the Event creation form locks the rest of the location fields as venue/address = 'Internet' and lat/long = None. But the admin dashboard treats lat/long = None as a location not being set, and shows it in the 'In progress workshops' table with a red cross, implying the data is incomplete. It also shows up as an error on the Event details page.
