Automate adding survey links to Event page

The instructors_pre field on the Event page is currently set manually by members of the Core Team, who retrieve the auto-generated URL from a separate app. As the report link is generated within AMY anyway, it would make more sense to set this field automatically when an Event is created.

We are recording the results link which is generated from an external shiny app. This would require connecting that app with AMY.
