Update Helptext for Workshop Host/Sponsor/Member

Related to #1992 Once the Sponsor field has been renamed, we should also have helptext as follows for the three fields. This should appear on both the edit and view pages.

Host: The institution where the workshop is taking place (or would take place for online workshops) Organiser: The institution responsible for organizing and funding the workshop (often the same as Host) Membership: The membership this workshop should count towards
