[WIP] Community Roles: update `Lesson` data from Carpentries feed

Depends on #2026.

Carpentries feed contains up-to-date detailed information about lessons. AMY should periodically refresh Lesson data from the feed.

TODO:

  1. How often check feed
  2. How to implement the periodic check
