Add eventbrite question to WRF

Hi @maneesha, we would like to add this question to the workshop request form.

What are your plans for managing the registration of your attendees?

• We have access to or have our own system to collect registrations.
• We would like The Carpentries support with registration via Eventbrite and will be charging a fee.
• We would like The Carpentries support with registration via Eventbrite and will NOT be charging a fee.
• Not sure yet.
