All queries should be exportable

Any query that results in tabular data should have the option to export to CSV.

I'm wondering if it'd be possible/reasonable to use a client-side Javascript solution for this so there is no need to create new endpoints. I have seen this approach before: https://datatables.net/extensions/buttons/examples/html5/simple.html
