Improve episode on packaging

Expand on this episode, this came out of the NERC workshop in Manchester 18-22 March and Aman Goel (an RSE from Mcr) promised he'd make a contribution.

We would suggest to add a mention of Zenodo to Packaging/Distribution, to make it more specific to research software (publication in journals, publication on zenodo, registering a DOI, citing).

Maybe as an optional/aside - need to be careful with adding new content. Adding loads of dummy packages is not a good idea - use sandbox Zenodo? Or PyPi.
