I would like to suggest to shorten the visualisation chapter by cutting the parts that we seem to skip systematically, namely - the hexbin example - all the ggplot customisation...
I would rather invert the two sections "Interacting with R" and "Getting set up" to first start explaining how the console and scripts are working and then present the working...
