Feature Request: Restart server on file change

It'll be useful to have like a make watch command that'll run the server and watch for file changes, rebuild, and restart the server on file change. This should avoid rebuilding the docker image and so reduces the time from making changes to having them running live

UserAux has a similar feature, linking it here in case it's useful
