Notifico has Shutdown - Allow Custom Instances

:bulb: The Idea

The author of Notifico has ended the hosted service, but the project is open source and people can host their own instances. The current implementation of Notifico in AppRise does not allow for specifying custom hostnames for Notifico. Would like to see the implementation enhanced so that a custom hostname could be specified. Something like:

notifico://{hostname}:{port}/{ProjectID}/{MessageHook}

The enhancement would allow for the currently broken implementation to work again.
