Announce scoring plays for a particular game

When in a room with the bot, and it's a day when a sports team is playing, be able to say:

bot (follow|keep track of) (team name) (sport/league disambiguation)? game? # ex: mathbot follow the pitt basketball game 

and then the bot would announce any scoring play by either team in that game. This would only follow that game, but I could see wanting to follow a team for a whole season. It would be nice if you could turn it off too.

I have no idea if there are free APIs available for this or not, but if there are, this should totally be doable.
