Incompatible with new version of shopify_common.js

Hey @carolineschnapp,

There seems to be a new version of shopify_common.js that breaks the country/province dropdowns used by the shipping calculator. You can see the new version here - and its being served to our site RepeaterStore.

Interestingly its not being served to the skeleton.myshopify.com demo site though.

I've noticed this as well. It's stopped working for me on multiple sites since the new Shipping Rate Zone system was introduced a few weeks ago.

Looks like it's confirmed by Shopify staff that the Shipping Cacluator is not compatible with the new Shipping Zone system

An issue was created at Shopify, thank you for the report!

The changes made to shopify_common.js will be tweaked shortly.
