The AD712 comparator requires differential input voltage. https://www.analog.com/media/en/technical-documentation/data-sheets/ad712.pdf I replaced with LM358N but the IGBT bridge goes into short circuit immediately after the start. http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/lm158-n.pdf
