So i found out something about the sound and there is an option called LimitVIs = 0/1/2 LimitVIs = 0 super smash bros runs usa version at around 68-70 fps...

.if you set clock divider to 1 the game boots but will freeze after some time being it in game or menus, seems it has a timer on freezing.

Found out the same happens to Mortal kombat 4 life meter, on wii64/not64 all versions once the match starts you cant see the life bars, they disappear, while on fix94...

this happens not only on earthworm jim but on alot of games quake, quake 2,duke nukem, glover where some objects appear infront of walls and objects.
