Mobile support

Seems on both Chrome and Safari on iOS this implementation does not work. Is it possible to get a mobile hack working?

What's the point? You don't have hover on mobile.

Does this not work at all on mobile? An inactivity setting would work, maybe?

On mobile you could detect when a user suddenly scrolls up. I see that's what wisepops does
