File attached twice

What happened?

I don't know if these are just UI problems or if they affect the way the question is asked. Either way I think this is not intuitive and should be addressed.

Here you can see the 4 files currently open and the active file:

I press @ and ask to Include Open Files:

Then I type my question and this is the result - why is Extrusions.cls listed, but grayed out?:

And this is the result - why is Globals.bas listed twice?:

These are UI issues and not related to the question. I will make sure to prioritize this, as I've seen some other errors related to file filtering.
