Allow trigerring multi-line edit or auto-completion with a kb shortcut, even when disabled

Describe the need of your request

I'm subscribed to both ProxyAI and GH Copilot. I use Copilot's auto-complete (it's much faster) and I wish to be able to use ProxyAI's multi-line edit or completion feature when I'm not satisfied with Copilot's suggestion. Right now, when I enable ProxyAI's multi-line edit, it blocks Copilot's autocomplete from working.

I guess that multi-line edit and completions use different models and/or contexts. So, even when ProxyAI is used alone, if the enabled one doesn't work as expected, the user may want to try the other completion feature with a shortcut.

Thanks for reporting!

As a workaround, if you're using GCP only for autocomplete, you could downgrade it to 1.5.35-241, as it seems that they migrated their underlying logic to proper inline completion API.

Also, you need to change either ProxyAI or GCP completion accept shortcut key, it can't be TAB for both. Or you could just click the 'Accept' button on the dialog itself.
